Esha's Eats is an Indigenous-led initiative focused on foodways and education, cultural strategy, tourism, and curated experiences.
As a Mohawk and Algerian cultural strategist and Indigenous tourism professional, Aicha works with governments, tourism organizations, Indigenous nations, museums, universities and cultural institutions to create experiences that are authentic, community-led and grounded.
Her perspective has been shaped by growing up between two cultures that, despite their different histories, share many of the same values: hospitality, resilience, respect for family, generosity and the responsibility to carry knowledge forward. Those values continue to guide how Aicha approaches every partnership and project.
Esha's Eats offers immersive learning experiences, workshops, consult and design sessions, and curating community gatherings that deepen connections to culture, history, and the land.
