projects & impact
Every project at Esha's Eats is rooted in relationship, community, and the belief that food has the power to educate, heal, and create meaningful change.
Whether collaborating with Indigenous communities, tourism organizations, educational institutions, governments, or cultural partners, our work goes beyond preparing meals—we create experiences that inspire conversation, strengthen connections, and celebrate Indigenous knowledge.
From food sovereignty initiatives and culinary tourism development to community feasts, educational programming, international collaborations, and cultural consulting, each project is thoughtfully designed to leave a lasting impact.
By bringing together traditional knowledge, contemporary Indigenous cuisine, and authentic storytelling, we help build stronger communities while sharing the richness and resilience of Indigenous cultures.
Explore some of the projects, partnerships, and initiatives that continue to shape the work of Esha's Eats and our commitment to advancing Indigenous food systems, cultural revitalization, and community well-being.
